Stage1: Evolves from Ponyta
Rapidash usually can be seen casually cantering in the fields and plains. However, when this Pokémon turns serious, its fiery manes flare and blaze as it gallops its way up to 150 mph. At full gallop, its four hooves barely touch the ground because it moves so incredibly fast. Very competitive, this Pokémon will chase anything that moves fast in the hopes of racing it.

Stage1: Evolves from Machop
Machoke undertakes bodybuilding every day even as it helps people with tough, physically demanding labor. On its days off, this pokémon heads to the fields and mountains to exercise and train. Machoke's thoroughly toned muscles possess the hardness of steel. This pokémon has so much strength, it can easily hold aloft a sumo wrestler on just one finger. The belt around its waist holds back its energy. Without it, this pokémon would be near unstoppable. Because it is so dangerous, no one has ever removed the belt.

and then we went home and watched television except that none of that actually happened!

One of the legendary bird Pokémon, every flap of its wings creates a dazzling flash of flames. Those seeing it are overwhelmed by its orange wings that seem to be on fire. Moltres has the ability to control fire. If this species is injured, it is said to dip its body in the molten magma of a volcano to burn and heal itself.
Truely, the greatest Fire Spirit of all.
